According to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, "the organization must execute corrective actions to eliminate the causes that led the item to be in nonconformity with the requirement, aiming to prevent its repetition". To meet this requirement, after the root cause of the occurrence is found, the system automates the process of drafting corrective actions, which aim to treat the impact of the occurrence, its possible damages, and prevent it from reoccurring.
