Location: Configuration  Permission profile
Overview:
In the permission profiles, the user can define the desired controls. These profiles can be associated with a category, so its objects can inherit the security defined in the profile. It is also possible to assign a profile directly to the objects (action plan, template, and isolated action).
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new permission profile. For further information on this operation, see the Configuring a permission profile section.

Click on this button to edit the permission profile selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the permission profile selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
