Changing the status of a record

SE Action Plan allows cancelling and releasing actions and plans. If the record is an:

Action plan / Isolated action: In the list on the main screen, locate and select the desired record.

Action of action plan: In the Actions panel of the Action record section, select the desired action.

 

After that, click on the status button on the toolbar.

 

The ID # and Title fields on the screen that will be opened will be filled with the respective information of the record. The following tabs are also available:

Date

Displays the date in which the record status is being edited.

Operation

Displays the status the record is being changed to:

Cancel: Annuls the execution of the plan/isolated action;

Reactivate: Reactivates a cancelled plan/isolated action.

#Explanation

Enter an explanation for the status change that is being performed. The entered explanation can be viewed in the "History" tab described below.

In the upper quadrant, it is possible to view the status changes made to the record. When selecting a change, the system will display, in the third quadrant, the explanation entered by the user who performed this operation.

 

Save the record. The plan or the action will be displayed with its new status.
