Synchronization history

Through this menu, it is possible to monitor the system synchronizations with the AD server. It is possible to view the synchronization start and end date and time, its status (Executing, Executing with errors, Loading AD information, Loading SE Suite users, Comparing the users of SE Suite with the users of AD, Calculating permissions of users, Finished and Finished with errors), the number of processed records, with permission and with errors.

	Click on this button to view the data screen of the synchronization selected in the list of records. On the screen that will be opened, the general synchronization information (start and end dates, status and number of synchronized users) and sessions with details of imported users (new users), non-imported users (due to some error) and disabled (deleted) users will be displayed.
	Click on this button to delete the synchronization selected in the list of records.

Use the fields in the General filter to locate the desired records through specific information:

▪Message: Enter the synchronization generated message you wish to view.

▪Start: Select the date in which the synchronization you wish to view has started.

▪End: Select the date in which the synchronization you wish to view has ended.

▪Status: Select the option that corresponds to the status of the synchronization you wish to view.

▪Processed: Enter the quantity of users upon which operations were performed in the synchronization you wish to view.

▪With permission: Enter the quantity of users to which access to SE Suite was granted in the synchronization you wish to view.

▪With error: Enter the quantity of errors that have occurred in the user synchronization you wish to view.

▪Imported users: Enter the quantity of users that have been imported to SE Suite in the synchronization you wish to view.

▪Updated users: Enter the quantity of users that have had their data updated in the synchronization you wish to view.

▪Disabled users: Enter the quantity of users that have been disabled in the synchronization you wish to view.

After entering the required filters, click on the SEARCH button in the 'Search filters' panel or press the ENTER key on your keyboard. The result will be displayed on the right-side of the view screen.
