Overview:

The evaluation checklist is a verification list composed of questions that can be used as a template for verification items and audit test questions. With this feature, it is possible to import the values of the questions as weights for the audits and audit templates. That is, the evaluation checklist can be used in the structures in which the conformity calculation is possible; therefore, the value field will be converted to weight for the calculation.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to create an evaluation checklist. See more details about this operation in the Configuring an evaluation checklist section.

Click on this button to edit the evaluation checklist selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the evaluation checklist selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search filters" to find the records more easily based on specific information (ID #, name, type, and/or status).
