Associating teams from other components

SE Analytics allows using teams previously configured in other SoftExpert Suite components to avoid duplicating records. To do that, perform the following steps:

 

1.On the toolbar, click on the arrow located next to the new button and select the Associate existing record option.

2.On the screen that will be opened, use the filters to locate the desired team through its ID #, name, or component of origin.

3.Click on the search toolbar button. Teams will be displayed in the list of records at the bottom of the screen.

4.Select the team you wish to associate with SE Analytics. If it is more than one team, check the first field next to each record or use the CTRL or SHIFT keys on your keyboard to select more than one record at once.

5.Once done, save the record. At this point, the team will be ready to be used also in SE Analytics.

 

In the Components tab of the team data screen, it is possible to view all SoftExpert Suite components that use this team. This tab will be available for editing only when the team is edited through the SE Administration component.
