Task:

Individual goal preparation

Who receives it:

The party responsible for preparing the employee's individual goals. By default, said party will be the immediate leader of each employee, but can be changed by the team responsible for executing the goal plan.

When:

Goal planning or draft is finished in a given cycle.

Purpose:

To prepare an employee's individual goals referring to a goal plan.

In the list of pending records, select the desired goal plan cycle.

In the "Goals" section, the system will list all goals belonging to the plan, including those inherited and already assigned to the employees. It will be possible to add new individual and collective goals to specific employees, using the same process for adding goals in the planning step. For more details about goal input, access the Adding a goal plan cycle section.

In inherited goals, the party responsible for the individual preparation will be able to change the weight of the goals whose evaluation has been allowed.

After doing that, click on the Save button to finish the individual preparation of the goals.
