Development plan drafting

Task:	Development plan drafting
Who receives it:	User who performed the review evaluation
When:	▪The review evaluation is automatic and the "Allow development plan drafting" option is enabled in the evaluation plan cycle data; ▪The review evaluation is manual and it is sent to the next step without defining a development plan for the employee (if the "Allow development plan drafting" option is enabled in the evaluation plan cycle data).
Purpose:	To allow drafting a development plan for the evaluated employee.

1.	In the list of pending records, locate and select the desired employee.
2.	After that, click on the button on the toolbar.
3.	At this point, the evaluation data screen will be opened in the Development plan section.
4.	Click on the Add button. Then, define the desired option to create a development plan: Advanced mode or with the help of a wizard (Start button). See a detailed description of each option in the Adding a development plan section. After creating the IDP, it will be displayed in the section, grouping the actions that composing it and allowing the user to view its information. When positioning your mouse over the action plan card, you will be presented with the options that allow you to send it to the next step, generate reports related to it, access its data and delete it. When positioning your mouse over the card of an action plan action, you will be presented with the options that allow you to access the action data and delete it from the action plan structure. Refer to the SE Action Plan component specific documentation for more details on plans and their actions.
5.	After configuring the development plan, click on the Execute option on the toolbar of the data screen. The system will request a confirmation to close the development plan drafting. Click on the desired option: ▪No: The development plan drafting will remain pending. ▪Yes: The evaluation plan drafting will be closed. Thus, the employee will not be displayed in the list of pending records anymore.
