Releasing a proficiency scale

See how to release a scale under issue/revision:

 

1.

In the list of records of the second quadrant, locate and select the desired scale.

Make sure that the revision that must be released in selected in the list of records of the third quadrant.

Then, still in the third quadrant, click on the default button on the side toolbar.

At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to finish the scale revision. Choose the desired option:

Cancel: The added proficiency scale will remain with the Draft status. It is possible to finish the revision by selecting it from the third quadrant and clicking on the default button.

OK: The revision will be finished and will become the Current revision, whereas the proficiency scale will be displayed with the Released status.

 

It will only be possible to release a scale for use if it contains at least two proficiency levels.
