Deleting a customer

To delete the record of a customer, first access the File Customer menu. Execute the following steps:

 

1.In the list of records, locate and select the customer to be deleted from the system.

 

2.Then, locate and select the record to be deleted and click on the button.

 

3.The system will issue an alert asking whether you wish to proceed with the operation. Confirm it to delete the record.

 

After deleting the record from SE Customer, it will still be available in SE Administration (File Business partner Company), as this record may be part of other solutions.
