Overview:

The record retention schedule registered through SE Archive is used to manage the event schedule, standardize the archiving criteria and establish the final provision of the documents, as well as manage responsible departments or people for these activities. Through this menu, the user can register all possible record retention schedules that will be associated with the categories of documents (SE Document) that have the Archive control enabled.

 

Specific buttons:

new

Click on this button to add a new record retention schedule. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a new record retention schedule section.

edit

Click on this button to edit a record retention schedule. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

delete

Click on this button to delete a record retention schedule. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

report

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search fields panel.
