Execution

In this menu, it is possible to execute the documents archiving step, in addition to creating and executing the services pertaining to physical records, whether they come from requests or not. To do this, the user needs to certify that the information in the Configuration and File menu is duly registered. Access the following submenus:

▪Document archiving

▪Final destination

▪Loan record

▪Original document loan collection

▪Transfer form - Issue

▪Transfer form - Receive

▪Transfer form - Reject

▪View content record
