Overview:

Identification masks must be configured to easily and quickly automate and standardize the identifiers (ID #s) of the objects created in the system. Through this menu, it is possible to create all identification masks that can be applied to the protocols, document ID #s or titles and transmittal forms (SE Document) created in the system.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new identification mask. See further details about this operation in the Configuring an identification mask section.

Click on this button to edit the identification mask selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the identification mask selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
