Configuring a transmittal method

The transmittal method consists of the possible ways in which the sender can send the transmittal object to the addressees, for example, CD, DVD, e-mail, paper, among others. These transmittal methods will later be associated with the objects of transmittal forms.

To add a new transmittal method, perform the following steps:

1.Access the Configuration Document transmittal form Transmittal method menu.

2.Click on the button on the main screen toolbar. To edit the data of a method, select it in the list of records and click on the button.

3.On the screen that will be opened, enter an ID # and a name for the transmittal method. It is also possible to enter a description.

4.Done this, save the record.
