Configuring the applicability evaluation

For the system to generate the "Applicability evaluation" task at the end of each document revision for the users with the due permission, perform the following configuration:

1.Access the Configuration Document Category menu.

2.Select the category whose configuration will be enabled.

3.Click on the button.

4.On the category data screen, click on the Electronic copy section of the Control tab.

5.Enable the Execute applicability evaluation field.

6.Done this, save the record.
