Overview:

To assemble the FMEA structure, it is necessary to have all possible detection criteria already recorded. The detection criterion is related to the chance for the controls/inspections planned for the design/process/asset/project schedule/object to detect the failure or the cause of the failure, before reaching a customer or the next operation.

 

Specific Buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to add a new detection criterion. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a detection criterion section.

Click on this button to edit the detection criterion selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the detection criterion selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the detection criterion selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
