Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to record all possible causes that may cause defects. These correspond to reasons for which the defect occurred, that is, the reason why there was a nonconformity on the object under study. Causes are associated with attribute type characteristics.

Click on this button to add a new cause. For further information on this operation, see the Creating a cause section.

Click on this button to edit the cause selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the cause selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the cause selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
