System auditing

From this menu, it is possible to monitor the various operations performed in the incidents started in the system, as well as in its activities, in order to control and verify the improper accesses.

	Click on this button to activate the OLAP Analysis feature and analyze the result obtained in the search.
	Click on the arrow located on the right side of this button to configure and issue the system auditing report and other possible report options available to the menu.

Use the filters described below to find the desired record(s) by specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the

button to add advanced filters.

ID #: Enter the incident ID # in which the operation that you wish to search has been carried out.

Title: Enter the title of the incident in which the operation you wish to search has been carried out.

Audit of: Select the Incident or Activity option to determine which operations will be viewed. It is important to note that the selected option will have an impact on the other fields.

Event: It is important to note that the events displayed in this field will vary according to the option selected in the Auditing field. Check the operations performed on incidents/activities that you wish to audit. If no operations are checked, all the operations performed on the workflows/activities of the system will be displayed in the search result. Use the buttons next to the field to Expand and view the list of events, Check all available events and Clear the checked options.

Period: Enter the date range that covers the date on which the operation you wish to search was performed.

Activity: This field is enabled only if the Activity option is selected in the Audit of field. Enter the name of the activity to search and audit the operations performed on it.

User: Select the user whose operations performed in the system, you wish to audit. Use the other buttons located on the side of the field to fill it with the data of the logged user or clear the filled-in value.

IP: This field is enabled only if the Incident option is selected in the Audit of field. Enter the IP number of the machine on which the operation you wish to audit was performed.

Explanation/Comment: If any, explain the explanation or comment entered by the user who performed the operation you wish to search.
