Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to add and manage the attributes. Attributes - also known as metadata - are properties that describe the records. The attributes allow you to manage, understand and view the records that are associated.

Click on this button to add a new attribute. See further details about this operation in the Configuring an attribute section.

Click on this button to edit an attribute selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete an attribute selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow located beside this button, to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or to see the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen, thus changing its status to active/inactive.
|
|
Click on this button to translate the name of the attribute selected in the list of records. If the attribute is of the "List of values" type, it will also be possible to translate its values. See further details about this operation in the Translating an attribute section.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
