Location: View Production Production inspection
Overview:
Through this view, it is possible to make fast and efficient searches of the production inspections already carried out in the system. Remember that on this screen, the information of each initial sample can only be visualized, that is, it will not be allowed to change them.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to open the execution screen of the production inspection selected in the list of records.

When clicked, it opens SE Analytics, so that the result obtained in the view can be analyzed.

Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow, located beside this button to check the report options available for the menu in question. This button also allows you to export a list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, set up a new report or associate an existing report and also see the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.

Select the Only favorite processes and/or Only favorite items field so that, in the view, only processes and/or items classified as favorites are displayed. For this view to return results, it is necessary that there are records classified as favorite in their respective components. For more information, refer to the "Search filters View favorite records" section.

Through this filter, it is possible to find an inspection through information regarding production:
Inspection #: Enter the number that identifies the inspection.
OP/WO/PO #: Enter the number that identifies the production, work or manufacturing order.
Type of object to be collected: Select whether the inspection refers to a finished product or a product in progress.
Enter the start date and the end date of the probable range in which the inspection to be viewed may have occurred.
Responsible: Enter the user responsible for the inspection.
Responsible team: Enter the team responsible for the inspection.
Status: Enter the possible status of the inspection to be viewed.

Through this filter, it is possible to find an inspection through the inspected supply:
ID #: Enter the supply ID #.
Name: Enter the supply name.

Through this filter, it is possible to find an inspection through the inspected asset:
Asset: Select the asset.
ID #: Enter the asset ID #.
Name: Enter the asset name.
Specification: Select the asset types to be filtered in the search: Apparatus, Equipment, Tooling.

Through this filter, it is possible to find an inspection through the inspected supply:
Item: Select the item.
Revision: Select the item revision. Check the Display only last released revision field, so that only the current revision of the item is searched.
ID #: Enter the item ID #.
Name: Enter the item name.

Through this filter, it is possible to find an inspection through the inspected item:
Item: Select the item.
Revision: Select the item revision. Check the Display only last released revision field, so that only the current revision of the item is searched.
ID #: Enter the item ID #.
Name: Enter the item name.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute, the operator, and a value for it.
To use more than one attribute in this search, just click on the Add attribute button again and repeat the procedure described above.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right side of the view screen.
