Location: Configuration Item Template

 

Prerequisites:

None.

 

Overview:

Use this menu to create the templates that may later be associated with the item types and/or to complex file containers. Any electronic file may be defined as a template.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow located next to this button to add a new template or associate templates already created in other SE Suite components. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a template section.

Click on this button to edit a template. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete a template. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected in the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.
