Prerequisites:

None.

 

Overview:

Use this menu to create all the possible directories in which the electronic files of the items may be stored.

 

The association of directories with the respective items is done through the Configuration Item Item type.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button and select one of the following options:

Add: Select this option to add a controlled directory. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a controlled directory section.

Associate existing record: Select this option to associate a controlled directory already created in another SE Suite component. On the screen that will be displayed, use the filters to locate the record more easily; select and save your selection.

Click on this button to edit a controlled directory. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete a controlled directory. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected in the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.
