Revision

The items added to the system may be periodically revised. The revision view allows the user to quickly and efficiently search for all the item revisions saved in the system.

	When clicked, it opens the electronic file for viewing.
	Click on the arrow on the right-side of the button to view the item data or revision data screen of the item selected on the main screen.
	When clicked, it loads SE Analytics for the result obtained from the search to be analyzed.
	Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow next to this button to verify the report options available for the menu in question. This button also enables configuring a new report or associating an existing report.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the

button to add them.

Select the Only favorites field to display only records classified as favorite in the search result. For more information, refer to the "Search Filters View favorite records" section.

Use this filter to locate the revisions of a determined item.

Item: Select the item you wish to view.

ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the item you wish to view.

Name: Enter the name of the item you wish to view.

Status: Select whether the item is active or inactive.

Object status: Use this filter to find the items that are with a defined status: Issue, Released, Under revision or Cancelled.

Item origin: Check this filter if the origin of the item is internal (of the organization) or external.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute, the operator, and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, just click on the Add attribute button again and repeat the procedure described above.

After filling in the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard.
