Use this configuration to define the base language for the languages of the articles in the knowledge bases. To perform this configuration, access the "Configuration  Language" menu and, on the screen that will be displayed, define the Base language for each Language available in the system. The base language defines the language in which an article will preferably be displayed if the article is not available in the language of the logged user.
When creating an article, it is possible to configure in which languages the content of this article will be displayed. When a user views this article, depending on the language in which the system is being accessed, the content of the article will be displayed in the language of the user, however, if the article has not been translated to the language of the user, the content will be displayed according to the base language defined in this menu.
