Maintenance request execution

Task:	Maintenance request execution
Who receives it:	Team responsible for the standard activity that will be executed in the asset maintenance.
When:	The issue/approval step (as configured) is finished by the due responsible parties in the SE Request component.
Purpose:	To allow the responsible parties to execute the maintenance requests that are issued.

How to execute this task:

1.Select the desired request from the list of pending records.

2.Then, click on the arrow located next to the button and select the desired option:

Activity programming: Select this option to program the maintenance activity. Remember that the programming step is not required.

Activity execution: Select this option to create the maintenance activity in the execution step.

The header of the "General data" section of the maintenance activity will display the request data, allowing the user to quickly access what is linked with the maintenance activity.

3.The maintenance data screen will be displayed according to the selected option.

▪The details on how to program and execute maintenances have already been described earlier in this manual.

▪Both the programming and execution of the activity may go through APPROVAL if the respective step is properly configured in the standard activity associated with the preventive maintenance plan.
