Overview:
Critical success factors define necessary elements for an organization or process to achieve its goals. Use this menu to create all possible factors that will later be associated with the items that will compose the processes.

Click on this button to create a new critical success factor. See further details about this operation in the Creating a critical success factor section.

Click on this button to edit the critical success factor selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the critical success factor selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the inactive records, use the "Status" field of the General filter on the search filters panel.
