Overview:

Create through this menu all the types that will classify the problem records created in the system. To make it easier to organize them, these types will be displayed in a hierarchical structure, which is totally parameterizable according to the user's needs.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new problem type. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a problem type section.

Click on this button to edit the selected problem type.

Click on this button to delete the selected problem type.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to edit the status (enabled or disabled) of the record selected on main screen.
