Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to follow the relevant causes associated with the problems recorded in the system. The cause is the reason why the defect occurred. In SE Problem, the causes are associated in the "Cause analysis" section, during the execution of a problem activity.

 

If in the general parameters, it is set that the cause association mode will be "Select previously input causes", then, only the causes created through this menu may be associated in the cause analysis.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new cause. See further details about this operation in the Creating a new cause section.

Click on this button to edit the selected cause.

Click on this button to delete the selected cause.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to configure and issue the possible options of available reports for the menu.

Click on this button to edit the status (enabled or disabled) of the record selected on main screen.

 

Use the Search filters to find the records more easily based on specific information.
