Overview:

A program consists in a set of projects or subprograms that are managed coordinately to obtain benefits and controls that would not be available if they were managed individually. Through this menu, it is possible to plan programs made up of projects saved in the system.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new program. See further details about this operation in the Adding program section.

Click on this button to edit the program selected in the list of records. See further details on how to perform this operation in the Editing planning program section.

Click on this button to delete the program selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to access the schedule of the program selected in the list of records. See further details in the Managing program schedules section.

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue project reports, tasks and program. This button also allows you to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to edit the status of the project selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Changing the status of a project/program section.

Click on this button to close the planning of the program selected in the list of records and send it to the next configured step. See further details about this operation in the Finishing program planning section.

Click on this button to edit the communication plan of the program selected in the list of records. Through the screen that will open, it is possible to edit team data and communication matrix, and view forum topics related to the selected program.

This button will only be displayed on the toolbar if SE Project is integrated with SE Risk. Click on it to create a risk plan of the project selected in the list of records. Refer to the specific SE Risk documentation for further details on risk plans.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. After selecting this option, the third quadrant displays the schedule and the details of the program selected in the list of records of the second quadrant.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information. Refer to the View Program menu for a detailed description of the filters.
