The WBS consists in the hierarchical decomposition of the total scope of the work to be executed by the project team in order to achieve the objectives of the project and create the demanded deliveries. See how to view it:
First, locate and select the desired project in the list of records. After that, click on the More
At this point, the analytical structure of the project will be displayed. In the Criterion field, select which project information you wish to view: the planned, rescheduled or actual. The blue boxes identify the project and the subprojects contained in it, whereas the yellow ones identify the tasks. In each box, the information regarding the duration will be presented according to the selected criterion. Click on the desired box to access the project or task data screen.
