Users defined as members of the responsibility route for the approval of the test result, associated with the Test plan configuration.
When:
After finishing the execution of the control test.
Purpose:
To approve or reject the result of a control test.
How to execute this task:
1.
In the list of pending records, select the control test whose result will go through approval.
2.
Use the arrow next to the button to view the control test or the control analysis data screen.
3.
To perform the control test approval, click on the button on the toolbar.
4.
Fill in the following fields on the data screen that will be displayed:
Approve: Select the Yes option to approve or the No option to reject the test result.
Explanation: Use this tab to record important information regarding the test result approval. If the result is rejected, filling in this field will be mandatory. In that case, you must enter an explanation for rejecting it.
5.
Done this, save the record. At this point, the record in question will become the current test.
