When:
When finishing the Action plan generated through the Risk and control analysis.
Purpose:
Inform the responsible parties that the Action plan has been executed.
How to execute this task:
1.
Select the desired Action plan from the list of pending records.
2.
After that, click on the button on the toolbar.
3.
After confirming the acknowledgment on the action plan closure, save the record.
The system will display the "Do you wish to finish the Acknowledgment of action plan closure?" message; click on Yes to finish the task or on Cancel for the record to remain pending on the task list.
