Overview:

Work shifts are the different workday periods of the employees in the organization. When a data collection is saved, it is necessary to specify the shift it was performed in.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new work shift. See further details about this operation in the Configuring shifts section.

Click on this button to edit a work shift. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete a work shift. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to view a work shift. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the selected record on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
