Scheduling

Location: Configuration Scheduling

Prerequisites:

▪E-mail server properly configured and tested (SE Configuration)

▪The "Enable system notification" option of the E-mail notification menu must be checked (SE Configuration)

▪E-mails properly filled out in the data screen of users who will be notified (SE Administration)

Overview:

Through this menu, you can configure schedules to perform the services of calculation of scorecards and import of target and measurement by scorecards. With this, it is possible to set a date for the start of the schedule, a frequency for its performance, people who will be notified when it is affected, as well as the service that will be executed.

Specific buttons:

	Click on this button to add a new scheduling. See further details about this operation in the Scheduling configuration section.
	Click on this button to edit the selected scheduling on the list of records.
	Click on this button to delete the selected scheduling on the list of records.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report or to view the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
