Overview:
The view profile allows the definition of the set of information that will be displayed when the users accesses it: the Scorecard structure (in the Execution and View menu), the indicator result history, the indicator details, the element and/or scorecard, and the widgets related to SE Performance (Indicator/Element, My indicators and Scorecard). The view profiles configured in this menu can be associated with the scorecards added in the system and the indicators and/or elements associated with the scorecards.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new view profile. For further information on this operation, see the Configuring a view profile section.

Click on this button to edit the view profile selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the view profile selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on this button to make the view profile selected in the list of records default. This view profile will be applied to the view indicator screen. The default view profile can be identified by using the "Default?" column in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to perform the copy of the selected view profile in the list of records. The start of the copy ID # performed will be "Copy of", facilitating the identification.

▪Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information. ▪The View  Indicator menu, uses the display profile set as "Default" to sort the information that will be displayed on your main screen. |
