Creating a scorecard revision

To create a revision for a scorecard, locate it and select it in the list of records of the second quadrant of the main screen. After that, click on the new button on the toolbar.

 

At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to create a new revision. Click on OK.

 

In order to be able to create a revision for the scorecard, it is necessary to meet the following conditions:

The logged user must have the "Revise" control enabled in the security of the scorecard on the data screen of its type.

The latest revision of the Scorecard must be finished.

 

At this point, the scorecard data screen will be displayed. Access the Revision section, in which the following subsections will be available according to the revision process configured in the scorecard type:

Save the record after filling in the necessary fields. At this point, the revision will be sent to the due responsible parties for them to execute the configured steps. If the creator of the revision is also the drafter, the options to execute the step will be displayed in the data screen toolbar. Refer to the Scorecard revision section for further details on how to perform this operation.
