Creating a blank survey

The system allows the creation of surveys both in the planning and execution steps, according to the location in which it is being planned. To do that, access one of the following locations:

The steps below are the same for the creation of the survey on both menus:

 

1.1_auxnmbOn the main screen toolbar, click on the arrow located next to the new button and select the Blank survey option:

2.On the screen that will be displayed, select the type that will classify the survey being created and save your selection.

3.At this point, the survey data screen will be displayed.

4.Enter a number or code to identify the survey template or generate an automatic ID #.

5.Enter a name for the survey template.

6.Select the survey template mode:

Survey: Used for satisfaction surveys, for example.

Test: Used in training evaluations, for example.

7.If you wish to define a different responsible user from the one adding the template, select the user that will be responsible for the surveys based on the template. Simply use the buttons next to the field to add a new logged user.

4.Select the team that will be responsible for the tracking of surveys based on the template being registered. Simply use the buttons next to the field to add a new team.

8.The Responsible team for completing field must only be filled out when the participants of the surveys based in this template are not able to answer the survey on SE Suite. In this case, select the team whose members will receive the notification e-mail and the "Survey response" task to enter the survey answers instead of the participants.

Even if a survey participant has access to SE Suite, they will not receive the "Survey response" task, as it will only be generated to the responsible team for filling out.

9.In the Language field, select the language in which the tokens of warnings, labels, and buttons of the survey will be displayed for guest respondents. Internal and external respondents will view this information according to the language configured for their accounts.

Note: The questions and answers will not be in the configured language.

 

Planned

This section will only be displayed if the survey is being added during the Planning step.

Select, in the respective fields, the start date and time and the end date and time planned for the survey. The Duration field will be filled out with the date range between the previously entered start and end dates.

 

Actual

This section will only be displayed if the survey is being added to the step through the Execution menu.

Select, in the respective fields, the start date and time of the survey execution. The Duration field will be filled out, after saving the record for the first time, with the date range between the previously entered actual start and end dates.

 

Save the record, but do not close the data screen. At this point, the other sections will be enabled to be filled out. Refer to the Editing a survey section for a detailed description about the fields displayed.

 

1 - The "Revision" field will only be available if, in the type that classifies the template, it is defined that it will go through revision. If the revision ID # has been defined to be Numeric or Text, this field will be filled out by the system with the number/letter that corresponds to the current revision of the survey template.

2 - It will only be available if the template mode is "Survey".
