Workspace

The workspace is the center of all system and Kanban configurations. This record is responsible for configuring the Kanban participants, its security level, which task flows will exist and how the tasks will be distributed in the Kanban through the lane configuration.

The system allows creating several workspaces that will center the module tasks, that is, any task to be created will be from a workspace. These tasks will be created and executed based on the workspace configurations, which define which task type and through which steps the task may go.

	Click on this button to edit a workspace. See further details about this operation in the topics of this section.
	Click on this button to delete a workspace selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to view the data of the workspace selected in the list of records.
	Click on the arrow located beside this button to export the listing of the records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file.
	Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the Workspace filter in the search filters panel.
