Filtering tasks

In order to display only the tasks with a certain deadline, priority, reporter, assignee and/or task type, the system allows the use of filters that decrease the number of tasks displayed in the board. It is possible to use more than one filter at the same time.

1.Click on the "Filters" button and select one of the filter options:

Sprint: The tasks of a certain sprint will be displayed. When clicking on the filter, select one or more sprints for your tasks to be displayed in the search result.

ID #: Tasks with a certain ID # will be displayed. After clicking on the filter, type the ID # of the task you wish to search.

Title: Tasks with a certain title will be displayed. After clicking on the filter, type the name of the task you wish to search.

Assignee: Tasks that are under the responsibility of a certain user will be displayed. When clicking on the filter, select the assignee for the tasks that will be displayed on the search results. It is worth mentioning that more than one assignee can be selected in this filter.

Reporter: Tasks that have a certain user set as reporter will be displayed. When clicking on the filter, select the reporter of the tasks that will be displayed on the search results. It is worth mentioning that more than one reporter can be selected in this filter.

Creator: Tasks that have been created by a certain user will be displayed. When clicking on the filter, select the creator of the tasks that will be displayed on the search results. It is worth mentioning that more than one creator can be selected in this filter.

Priority: Tasks with a certain priority will be displayed. When clicking on the filter, select one or more priorities of the tasks that will be displayed on the search results. It is worth mentioning that more than one priority can be selected in this filter.

Task type: Tasks of a certain type will be displayed. When clicking on the filter, select the type that classifies the tasks that will be displayed on the search results. It is worth mentioning that more than one type can be selected in this filter.

Step: Tasks in a certain step will be displayed. When clicking on the filter, select the step of the tasks that will be displayed on the search results. It is worth mentioning that more than one step can be selected in this filter.

Deadline: Tasks that are in a certain status will be displayed. When clicking on the filter, select one or more deadline options: on time, close to due date and past due.

Following: Tasks that the logged user is following or not following will be displayed. By clicking on the filter, select if you wish to filter by tasks followed or not followed by the user, checking the respective options.

Creation date: Tasks created within a certain period will be displayed. When clicking on the filter, select the probable period of the creation of the tasks that will be displayed on the search results.

Changed on: Tasks changed on a certain period will be displayed. When clicking on the filter, select the probable period of the change of the tasks that will be displayed on the search results.

Assigned to: Tasks assigned to a certain user will be displayed. By clicking on the filter, select if you wish to filter by tasks followed or not followed by the user, checking the respective options.

Favorites: Tasks that have been set as favorites (Display with star) or tasks that have not been favorited (Do not display with star) will be displayed.

Filter by attributes: Tasks with a certain attribute will be displayed. When clicking on the filter, select the attribute and the information it may have.

 

2.After selecting a filter, select the available values and click on "Apply".

3.Once done, click on "Search".

4.At this point, the workspace will be refreshed to display only the tasks that meet the values entered in the filter. To delete the filter, click on the "x" button or on "Clear filters" so that all filters are deleted from the workspace.
