Location: File Training configuration
Overview:
Use this menu to create all possible configurations that can be applied to trainings created in the system. With that, it is possible to standardize the characteristics of a training, such as associated attributes, validity, if there will be approval, etc.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new training configuration. See further details about this operation in the Creating a training configuration section.

Click on this button to edit a training configuration that has been selected from the list of records.

Click on this button to delete a training configuration that has been selected from the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter on the search filters panel.

Click on this button to create a training configuration from the copy of a training configuration already created in the system. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. To perform the copy of the record, give an affirmative answer to the question made by the system. Once done, the data screen will be displayed for the necessary adjustments to be performed. See further details about this operation in the Creating a training configuration section.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
