Configuring an audio-visual resource

To add a new audio-visual resource, click on the new button on the main toolbar. To edit the data of a resource, select it in the list of records and click on the edit button.

 

On the screen that will be opened, enter an ID # and a name for the audio-visual resource, as well as the available quantity. The following tabs are available:

Description

Enter information about the audio-visual resource, such as characteristics and specifications.

Comments

Enter necessary comments about the audio-visual resource.

 

When the necessary fields are filled out, save the record.
