Revision process configuration

For the steps of the revision to be performed through a workflow flow, you will first need to configure a process. See, then, the steps needed to configure a revision process:

 

1.First of all, create and configure the process that will be used for the revision:

 

 

2.Check the Enable automation field and select the component, object and the operation of the revision. See in the following table the objects of each component that can be revised by a process:

3.Access the flowchart and perform the process modeling to define the steps of the revision and their respective responsible parties. For the revision processes, it is necessary to have a status associated with the first element of the process flowchart:

 

 

It will be presented for selection the statuses related to the automation configured for the process. Remember to configure the status control according to the need of each activity, for example, to edit the data of the object during the revision, it is necessary that the activity, where the editing should be performed, has a status configured with the editing control of the data.

 

4.With the process modeled and configured, access the data screen of the type/category that sorts the objects that will be revised by the process created earlier:
