My Workflows

Who is notified:

User who started the workflow.

When:

Once the workflow is started.

Purpose:

To allow user to track the workflows he started and which are in progress.

 

How to track this task:

 

1.

Select desired workflow in the list of pending records.

On main screen toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:

Click on this button to edit the data of the workflow selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the workflow selected in the list of records. It is important to point out that a workflow can only be deleted if the starter has the Delete control enabled in the workflow security list.

Click on this button to view the flowchart of the workflow selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or to search the parameters that may be used to set up new reports.

Click on this button to edit the status of the workflow selected in the list of records. When a workflow is closed, postponed or canceled, it will not be displayed in the list of pending records.

On the "Enabled activity" column, when hovering the mouse over the activity name, it will be displayed as a link. By clicking on the name of the activity, a pop-over menu will be displayed with some of the information regarding the activity, such as the deadline, the date in which it was enabled, the executor type and the executor. It will also display links to the following operations:

Execute activity: Use this option to execute the activity that has the flow of the workflow selected in the list of records.
