The "Enable automation" option should be checked; if it is not, check it and fill in the other fields with the automation that will be configured:
▪In order to instantiate the processes in SE Workflow, in the Component field, select the "Workflow" option. The Object and Operation fields will be automatically filled out by the system, since there is only the operation to instantiate the processes through SE Workflow. ▪In order to be able to use Workflow as an object revision process, select the component that has the "Revision" option in the Operation field, for example: APQP/PPAP, Asset, Performance, Document, FMEA, Form, PDM, Process, Survey, Waste, Risk or Test. ▪In order to be able to start the workflow manually, keep the "Disable manual start" option unchecked, otherwise the process can only be started through a schedule through another process, such as a sub-process, or through the revision record of the component configured in revision automation. ▪In order for the workflow to be started on a smartphone, keep the "Disable smartphone startup" option unchecked, otherwise, the workflow in question will not be displayed in the list of workflows to be started when accessing the system on a smartphone.
Save the process after making any necessary changes.
