Task:

Request execution - Task generated by means of the SE Request component.

Who receives it:

The party responsible for executing the request, defined when issuing it. In order for this task to be generated, it is necessary for the SE Request component to be part of the solutions acquired by your organization.

When:

The issue/approval step (as configured) is finished by the due responsible parties in the SE Request component.

Purpose:

Create a nonproject task for it to meet the needs of the requesters.

 

How to execute this task:

In the list of pending records, select the request that will be executed.

On the main screen toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the desired option:

Add: The system will display the screen to create the new task. In the First steps step, select the desired option:

oBlank task: Allows adding a new blank nonproject task. See more details on how to perform this operation in the Creating task using wizard - Blank task section.

oFrom existing task: Allows adding a new nonproject task from a previously created task. See more details on how to perform this operation in the Creating task using wizard - From an existing task section.

Associate: On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the nonproject task that meets the request.

edit

Click on this button to edit the priority of the request selected in the list of records. This button will only be enabled if there is an evaluation method selected in the request type and if the "Enable priority to be edited in the execution step" is checked.

view

Click on this button to view the data screen of the request selected from the list of records.

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

back

Click on this button to return the request selected from the list of records to the issue step in the SE Request component. This button will only be available if the object status is "To be executed".

When the task execution is finished, the request will be considered as executed and it will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.

 

If the nonproject task to which a request is associated is canceled, the request will also be displayed as cancelled in SE Request. If the task is reactivated, the request will also be reactivated and will be available again for execution.
