Changing the status of a record |
SE Action Plan allows cancelling and releasing actions and plans. If the record is an: ▪Action plan / Isolated action: In the list on the main screen, locate and select the desired record. ▪Action of action plan: In the Actions panel of the Action record section, select the desired action.
After that, click on the button on the toolbar.
The ID # and Title fields on the screen that will be opened will be filled with the respective information of the record. The following tabs are also available:
General
History
Save the record. The plan or the action will be displayed with its new status. |
