Approving external user self-registration |
If the "Require the approval of the self-registration of external users" option is checked in the Authentication (CM008) menu of the SE Configuration component, the registrations performed through the External user portal login screen must go through approval.
To approve the registration of an external user, access the File External user (AD060) menu of the SE Administration component. The list of records will display all external user registrations performed in the system.
Through the CS column, it is possible to identify whether the external user has confirmed their registration through the e-mail sent when it is performed. If the confirmation has not been performed, it is possible to resend the e-mail to the user through the Resend confirmation e-mail button.
If the user has already confirmed the e-mail, the status in the AS column will be displayed as "Pending approval". In this case, select it in the list of records and perform the desired operation:

See a detailed description of the displayed fields in the Adding an external user section. 3.If adjustments are performed, save the record. 4.Once done, click on the toolbar button on the data screen. At this point, the welcome e-mail will be sent to the user with the link to access the external user portal, and the user status in the AS will be displayed as "Approved".
Rejecting external user self-registration1.Click on the button on the main screen toolbar. 2.At this point, the external user data screen will be opened. Click on the toolbar button on the data screen. Thus, the user status in the AS column will be displayed as "Rejected".
