Location: View Evaluation
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to view all the evaluations that were performed. Note that some information may not be displayed to the logged user, according to the access configurations performed in the general parameters of the SE Administration component. To do that, through the tab located at the top right of this menu, it is possible to switch between the following visions:

The system displays the users that were created in the system, grouping the evaluations through which they have passed, with their respective information (appraiser, start and end date, progress, and level).

In detail

The system displays the evaluations made by the users created in the system (with the appraiser who performed it and the evaluation plan that was applied), grouping the skills that have been evaluated and their respective information.

Specific buttons:
|
Click on this button to view the radar chart of the evaluation selected in the list of records. Note that this button will only be enabled if the appraiser type is Review.

Click on the button to view the evaluation data selected in the record list.
|
|
Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired competence evaluation and evaluation data reports. This button also allows configuring a new report or associating an existing report and also viewing the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. When selecting this option, the third quadrant will display the comments entered in the evaluation selected in the list of records of the second quadrant.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

Use the following filters to find the records you wish by using specific information. To use such filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.
For further details about the "Search panel" and other view operations, refer to the "User guide Views" section.

Click on the Select department button and in the Group by field, click on the corresponding option by which you wish to find the record: all, active, or inactive. In the panel below this field, in the displayed hierarchy, select the object you wish to use as a filter. After that, click on Apply. For more information, refer to the Search filters Filtering records through the type hierarchy section.

Appraiser type: Check the options corresponding to the appraiser type (self-assessment, peers, subordinates, leader and review) whose evaluations you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible status of the evaluations you wish to search.
Start: Select the date range that covers the execution start date of the evaluations you wish to search.
End: Select the date range that covers the execution end date of the evaluations you wish to search.
Display only evaluations with: Expand the list and check the development suggestion, development plan and/or career and succession evaluation options, for the system only to display the evaluations that have these associated items in the search result.
Career and succession: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the evaluated career and succession items in the evaluations you wish to search.

Click on the Add employee button and select the department, position and or employee whose evaluations you wish to search. After that, click on Apply.

User ID: Enter the employee ID # whose evaluation you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name the employee whose evaluation you wish to search.
Position: Select the position of the employee whose evaluations you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to fill it in with the logged-on user data and clear it.
Leader: Select the leader of the employee whose evaluations you wish to search.
User status: Expand the list and check the possible status of the employee whose evaluations you wish to search: active and inactive. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups performed.
Department and position status: Expand the list and check the respective options to indicate if the employee whose evaluations you wish to search is fit or unfit to perform the position in the department to which they belong.
Educational level: Select the educational level of the employee whose profile you wish to search.
Educational level status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible educational level status of the employee whose evaluations you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Birth date: Select the date range that covers the date of birth of the employee whose evaluations you wish to search.
Hire date: Select the date range that covers the hire date of the employee whose evaluations you wish to search.
Termination date: Select the date range that covers the termination date of the employee whose evaluations you wish to search.
Comments: Enter the comments referring to the employee whose evaluations you wish to search.
Display only employees: Expand the list and check the options with no work experience records, no initial evaluation and/or no development plan, so that only those employee evaluations that do not have these items are displayed in the search result. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the profile of the employee whose evaluations you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute to this filter, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Department: Select the department that ran the evaluations you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Position: Select the position of the user whose evaluations you wish to search.
User ID: Enter the employee ID # whose evaluation you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the user who executed the evaluations that you wish to search.
Appraiser: Select the user who executed the evaluations that you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Leader: Select the leader of the user who executed the evaluations that you wish to search.
Automatic review: Check this option for the system to display, in the search result, only evaluations whose review was automatically generated.

Appraiser: Select the user who is responsible for sending feedback to the employee whose evaluations you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Start date: Select a date range that covers the start date of the feedback procedure of the employee whose evaluations you wish to search.
End date: Select a date range that covers the end date of the feedback procedure of the employee whose evaluations you wish to search.
Status: Expand the list and check the option corresponding to the possible status of the feedback procedure of the employee whose evaluations you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Competence type: Select the type that classifies the evaluated competence in the evaluations that you wish to search.
Competence: Select the evaluated competence in the evaluations that you wish to search.
Proficiency scale: Select the proficiency scale used by the evaluated competence in the evaluations that you wish to search.
Revision: Select the proficiency scale revision used by the evaluated competence in the evaluations that you wish to search.
Proficiency level: Select the proficiency level obtained in the evaluations you wish to search.
Evaluation item: Select the evaluation item associated with the competence, evaluated in the evaluations that you wish to search.
Verification method: Select the verification method used to evaluate competences in the evaluations that you wish to search.
Learning method type: Select the type that classifies the learning method associated with the evaluated competence in the evaluation that you wish to search.
Learning method: Select the learning method associated with the evaluated competence in the evaluation that you wish to search.
Document: Select the document associated with the evaluated competence in the evaluation that you wish to search.

Evaluation plan: Select the evaluation plan regarding the evaluation that you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the evaluation plan ID # regarding the evaluation that you wish to search.
Name: Enter the evaluation plan name regarding the evaluation that you wish to search.
Cycle: Enter the number range the covers the execution cycle of the evaluation plan regarding the evaluation that you wish to search.
Deadline: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible execution cycle status of the evaluation plan regarding the evaluation you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Status: Expand the list and check the corresponding options to the possible record status of the evaluation plan regarding the evaluation that you wish to search.
Planned: Select the date range that covers the planned date for the execution of the evaluation plan cycle regarding the evaluation that you wish to search.
Actual: Select the date range that covers the actual date for the execution of the evaluation plan cycle regarding the evaluation that you wish to search.
Only plan last execution: Check this option for the search only to consider the last execution cycle of the evaluation plan regarding the evaluation that you wish to search. By unchecking it, it will be possible to view the competence evaluations history in the previous cycles.
Example:
To view the competence evaluations history in the previous cycles, you must uncheck the "Only plan last execution" option and in the "Cycle" field, enter the interval of cycles you wish to search. Click on the "Search" button for the system to display the previous evaluations.

Check the Only favorite employees option for the system to display only the employees classified as favorites in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
