Task:

Employee initial evaluation

Who receives it:

Users defined as members of the responsible team defined in the Initial evaluation section of the general parameters.

When:

Creating a new user in the system (SE Administration), provided they have mapped competences, have not performed any evaluation, or are not associated with any evaluation plan. It is also necessary for the current date to be earlier than or equal to the delay date configured in the general parameters.

Purpose:

To create an initial evaluation of the employee or associate them with a plan, for them to go through evaluation. This task will only be generated by the system if in the general parameters, the "Enable new employee initial evaluation task" option is checked.

 

How to execute this task:

In the list of pending records, select the desired employee. Hold the CTRL and SHIFT keys down or check next to each employee to select more than a record at a time.

After that, click on the arrow located next to the default buttons and select the desired option:

Add evaluation plan: Allows recording a new evaluation plan from which the evaluations will be generated for the selected employees. Refer to the Adding an evaluation plan section for a detailed description on how to fill out the fields on the evaluation plan recording screen.

Create initial evaluation: This option will only be displayed if the "Consider express evaluation as an initial evaluation of the employee" option is checked in the general parameters. This option will only be available if only a single employee is selected in the list of records. It allows evaluating the employee through an express evaluation. In this case, the employee profile screen will be displayed in the Position requirements arrowrgray Competence section. Refer to the specific documentation of SE Administration for a detailed description on how to perform this operation.

Associate with evaluation plan: Allows associating the selected employees with a previously created evaluation plan. On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the desired evaluation plan and save your selection. Notice that the system will display the enabled evaluation plans for selection, which do not have a cycle in progress and that have the logged-on user as a member of its responsible team.

After filling in all the necessary fields, save the record. The employee will not be displayed in the list of pending records anymore.
