If the "Generate review automatically" option is not enabled in the Configurations Review section in the cycle data of the evaluation plan execution, after all the appraisers of the plan perform the evaluations under their responsibility for a certain employee, the system will generate the review evaluation for the leader.
To perform the review evaluation through the "Execution" menu, in the list of records, locate and select the evaluation plan grouper and the "Review" appraiser type. Then, select all employees from an evaluation plan/appraiser type, specific employees of the same evaluation plan/appraiser type or a single employee.
Once done, click on the button on the toolbar. At this point, the evaluation screen will be opened, depending on whether only one or multiple employees have been selected.
During this evaluation, the evaluated user (employee) and the appraiser must discuss and reach an agreement on the proficiency levels in each competence and select the agreed level in the corresponding column. The way to attribute proficiency levels to the competences has been described in detail in the Evaluation execution section.
To help with this operation, on the Details panel, the system will display a comparative chart between the resulting scores from the evaluations carried out (self-evaluation, peers, subordinates and leader) and the review evaluation. If the "View mapped proficiency level in competence evaluation" option is enabled in the Configurations View settings section of the execution cycle data of the evaluation plan, the system will also display, a line indicating whether the scores of the employee evaluations have reached the mapped proficiency level.
If the evaluation is being performed for one employee only, it is possible to use the Competences radar option on the toolbar to view a radar chart that allows comparing the mapped competence level with the results of the evaluation related to the employee being evaluated.

If the "Allow development plan drafting" option is enabled in the Configurations Development plan section of the plan execution cycle, it will be possible to define individual development plans (IDPs) for the evaluated employees.
The IDP consists in an action plan that aims at assisting employees achieve a certain objective in their professional development. In order for this feature to work correctly, it is necessary for the SE Action Plan component to be part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
The way to access this option will vary according to the number of employees being evaluated:
▪If only one employee is being evaluated, the Development plan button on the evaluation screen toolbar must be clicked. ▪If more than one employee is being evaluated at the same time, the button on the column of each evaluated employee must be clicked.
On the screen that will be displayed when accessing this option, click on the Add button. Then, define the desired option to create a development plan: Advanced mode or with the help of a wizard (Start button). See a detailed description of each option in the Adding a development plan section.
After creating the IDP, it will be displayed in the section, grouping the actions that composing it and allowing the user to view its information. When positioning your mouse over the action plan card, you will be presented with the options that allow you to send it to the next step, generate reports related to it, access its data and delete it. When positioning your mouse over the card of an action plan action, you will be presented with the options that allow you to access the action data and delete it from the action plan structure. Refer to the SE Action Plan component specific documentation for more details on plans and their actions.
If the review evaluation is sent to the next step without defining a development plan for the employee, the development plan can be created through the Development plan drafting task.

This option will only be available if the user performing the manual review is also responsible for user feedback.
The way to access this option will vary according to the number of employees being evaluated:
▪If only one employee is being evaluated, the Feedback button on the evaluation screen toolbar must be clicked. ▪If more than one employee is being evaluated at the same time, the button on the column of each evaluated employee must be clicked.
The feedback drafted in the leader evaluation (if any) may be displayed. During the review evaluation, it is possible to finish the drafted feedback or perform a new one. On the timeline that will be displayed, click on the Comment option, enter the feedback and press Enter on the keyboard. Once done, the options that allow you to "Edit" and "Delete" the feedback will be displayed.
▪If the "Requires feedback confirmation" option is enabled in the evaluation plan cycle data, the system will generate Employee feedback confirmation for the employee to which the feedback was created. ▪If the review evaluation is sent to the next step without entering feedback, the responsible party can perform it through the Employee feedback task. |

If the "Use review evaluation as performance result for the employee" option is enabled in the Configurations Review section of the evaluation plan cycle, the review evaluation performance result will be used to classify the employee in the Performance X potential matrix and to present information regarding the performance of the employee in the profile (SE Administration).
If the "Display the evaluation level during the execution" option is enabled in the Configurations View settings section of the execution cycle of the evaluation plan, the way to access this information in the review screen will vary according to the number of employees being evaluated:
▪If only one employee is being evaluated, it will be possible to view this information through the Level bar on the toolbar. ▪If more than one employee is being evaluated at the same time, it will be possible to view this information through the L option on the column of each evaluated employee.

During the manual review evaluation, it is also possible to view the answers of the career and succession evaluation, answer a complementary survey, view the data of the indicators associated with the employee, attach files and generate reports, according to the configurations performed in the evaluation plan cycle. The way to access these options will depend on whether only one or multiple employees have been selected.

After performing the review, click on the Save and next step button. The system will ask whether you wish to send the evaluation to the next step:
▪If the "Allow development plan drafting" option is enabled in the plan execution cycle data and a development plan has not been defined to the employee, the system will issue a warning about it and request a confirmation. Click on "Save only" to save the record and return to the evaluation data screen to create the development plan. Click on "Yes" to generate the Development plan drafting task for those who are responsible for it and send the review evaluation to the next step. ▪If the "Allow feedback from employee" option is enabled in the plan execution cycle data and the feedback has not been performed, the system will issue a warning about it and request a confirmation. Click on "Save only" to save the record and return to the evaluation data screen to enter the feedback. Click on "Yes" to generate the Employee feedback task for those who are responsible for it and send the review evaluation to the next step. ▪If the plan has no to-do tasks, it will request the evaluation closure confirmation. Click on "Save only" to save the record and keep the evaluation open. Click on "Confirm" to close the review evaluation. Thus, the employee profile will be updated, and if the "Generate evaluation result acknowledgment task" option is enabled, it will generate the Evaluation result acknowledgment task for the evaluated employees and the leader. If the "Release result only after feedback" option is enabled, the system will close the evaluation, but the task will only be generated and the employee profile will only be updated after the closure of the employee's feedback procedure. If a date was defined for releasing the evaluation result, the system will close the evaluation, but the task will only be generated and the employee profile will only be updated when said date is reached. ▪If there are any other impediments or the user fails to perform a step, the system will issue a message informing of the error or asking for the user's confirmation to send the evaluation to the next step.
▪This operation may be performed through the "Finish" button of the details panel or through the button on the main screen. ▪If the "Allow finishing the evaluation plan automatically when finishing all the evaluations" option is enabled in the Configurations General settings section of the execution cycle data of the evaluation plan, when finishing all the evaluations that belong to the plan, it will also be finished by the system. If this option is not enabled, the closure of the evaluation plan must be carried out manually, through the Execution Evaluation plan execution menu. |
